Concept → contract, for any space
Any space.
Measured. Priced. Signed.
Drop one photo. Watch it become a measured plan, an autonomous design, a live-priced bill, and a signable contract — in minutes, not weeks.
Concept transformation of a real photograph — geometry held, look changed.
One photo of any space. That's the whole input.
ACT 01 · SEES
It knows what it's looking at.
Recognition runs before anything else — and where confidence is missing, the system says so instead of guessing.
Recognizes the space
Kitchen, bath, living, exterior, backyard — the photo is classified first, and everything downstream runs on the right vocabulary for that space.
The confident gate
It only proceeds where it's confident. An exterior photo can never mint an interior bill; an unclassified space stays render-only — no bill, no invented plan.
Honest when blind
If the measurement engine can't be reached, you get an explicit failed state — never fabricated dimensions dressed up as a plan.
ACT 02 · MEASURES
A dimensioned plan, from one photograph.
Walls, openings, fixtures and dimensions — drawn from the image with per-axis confidence beside every figure, exportable as DXF, SVG, PNG, PDF and CSV.

Measured by our engine from this photograph — walls, island, window and range placed from the image, dimensions estimated with per-axis confidence (depth is the low-confidence axis, shown in gold). The band is this room's live materials estimate from real Patten invoice lines. Concept documentation — field-verify before building.

Not a mockup
This is real engine output — Bath 3 at 6215 Anita St, Dallas, drawn from a single interior photo and reconciled against the architect’s CAD. Dimensions, fixtures, and the door swing are placed from the image; the anomaly (a mirror-reflected “window”) is flagged, not drawn.
ACT 03 · DESIGNS
A designer brain, not a chat box.
It looks at the measured space and designs — compound, opinionated directions grounded in the materials we've actually installed, decomposed into one geometry-holding change per render.

A real output of the designer brain, composed for the 192 ft² kitchen measured above — queried against the live catalog on 2026-07-02. It designs from the measured plan, not a shopping feed: structural moves are grounded on real dimensions, materials are families we've actually installed, and directions never reprice the bill.

Same room. Same geometry. New look.

The same real Patten kitchen the hero measures, one look applied. The island, windows and walls stay put — a geometry-preserving concept render, machine-checked; if a render drifts from the plan it wears a drift badge instead of hiding it.
